About Image Resize

Resize an image to exact pixel dimensions or by percentage. Drop a photo or graphic, type a new width or height (with an aspect-ratio lock so the other side follows), or pick a scale preset, then download the result as PNG, JPEG or WebP. The image is resampled with high-quality smoothing on the Canvas API entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

What people use it for

Frequently asked questions

Can I enlarge an image?

Yes, but upscaling can't add detail — the canvas interpolates, so results are softer than the original resolution.

What happens to the photo's EXIF data?

It does not survive. The resized file is drawn fresh onto a canvas, so it carries no camera model, no timestamp and no GPS coordinates — a quiet upside of resizing a photo before you send it anywhere.

Is it private?

Every calculation happens on this page, in your own browser. Your input is never sent to a server, never logged and never used for training — which also means the tool keeps working when you are offline.
